Hello! I’m Holly Larkin…

and I am an illustrator based in Southend on Sea Essex. I’m currently in my 3rd Level of uni as a mature student (I’m in my 30’s so not that mature) with the Open University of Creative Arts, studying Illustration.

My work primarily focuses on the themes of motherhood, exposing both the ups and downs, while adding a dash of humour. I am well-versed in “mother-life” as I am a mum to a 6 month old and a 3 and half year old (what a ride that is)

My go-to medium is colouring pencils (specifically Prisma colour) and gouache, as I love the vibrancy of these mediums together.
